It doesn’t get any easier than this 4-ingredient side dish of precut baby carrots bathed in sweet honey butter.
Ingredients
- 1 (32 oz) bag peeled baby-cut carrots
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh dill
Steps
- To a 5- to 6-qt slow cooker bowl, add the carrots.
- In a small bowl, stir together the butter and honey. Stir into carrots. Season with salt.
- Cover and cook on high 3 hours, until carrots are tender. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Transfer to serving platter and garnish with the dill.
