This easy, four-ingredient recipe pairs crispy prosciutto with sweet, tender asparagus for an addictive appetizer or side dish.
Ingredients
- 1 (3 oz) pkg sliced prosciutto
- 1 lb asparagus, trimmed
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- ½ lemon
Steps
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment.
- Cut or tear each prosciutto piece lengthwise into 2–3 strips. Wrap a prosciutto strip down the length of each asparagus spear. Arrange in single layer on prepared pan. Brush with the oil. Season with pepper.
- Bake 15–18 min., until asparagus is tender and prosciutto is crispy. Let stand 5 min. before serving. To serve, squeeze lemon juice on top.
