Ingredients
- 4 white peaches
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 cup whipped cream or whipped topping
- 1 (6 oz) pkg raspberries
Steps
- Preheat grill to medium-high. Halve and pit the peaches.
- Brush the oil on cut sides of peaches. Add peaches to grill cut-sides down. Cook 2–3 min., until grill marks appear.
- Transfer peaches to a platter, cut-sides up. Drizzle with the honey and dollop with the whipped cream. Top with the raspberries.
Tips
Add a heavy sprinkle of cayenne powder to the honey for a spicy twist.
