Get kids in the kitchen by letting them measure and add the ingredients to the blender with this better-for-you version of a malt shop classic.
Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups vanilla ice cream
- ¾ cup reduced-fat milk
- ½ cup nonfat Greek yogurt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Steps
- In a blender, purée the ice cream, milk, yogurt, and extract until smooth.
- Divide between 2 glasses and serve.
Tips
For fun confetti rims, add rainbow sprinkles to a rimmed plate. Spread some whipped topping around rims of glasses, then dip in sprinkles.
