- 1 lime
- 2 (about 1½ lbs.) large tomatoes
- 1 cup fresh cilantro
- 2 green onions
- 1 jalapeño
- ½ tsp ground cumin
- Halve the lime and squeeze juice into a medium bowl.
- Finely chop tomatoes, cilantro, green onions, and jalapeño. Add to the bowl, along with cumin.
- Stir to combine. Season with salt.
