If you can’t find mango juice, pineapple or orange juice makes a tasty substitute.
Ingredients
- 1 (15 oz) can cream of coconut
- 1 cup mango juice
- 2 cups frozen mango chunks
- 1 cup ice
- 2 limes
- ½ cup rum (optional)
- 4 maraschino cherries
Steps
- To a blender, add the cream of coconut, mango juice, frozen mango chunks, ice, juice from 1 lime, and rum (optional). Blend until smooth.
- Halve the remaining lime and thinly slice. Divide drink among 4 cocktail glasses. Garnish with lime slices and cherries.
Tips
Add a sprinkle of toasted coconut for extra flair.
